Limited-Maimukashi is a premium quality matcha known for its deliciously sweet taste. It can be prepared as "koicha" (a dense, strong matcha) or enjoyed as "usucha"(a thinner matcha). While matcha is often associated with astringency, this particular variety has almost no bitterness and boasts a silky smooth texture.
