Limited - Koetsu - It is the highest ranked matcha among Maikotea’s matchas. You can enjoy it as a Koicha (strong matcha) as well as a Usucha (thin matcha). Matcha has a bitter image, but this matcha has almost no bitterness and you can taste the sweetness. It is a smooth matcha with an excellent texture.
Limited-Maimukashi - is an higher quality matcha with a delicious sweet taste.It can be prepared as a ‘koicha’ (dense, strong matcha) and you may also enjoy preparing it as a ‘usucha’ (thinner matcha).Although matcha often has a image of being astringent, this matcha has almost no bitterness with a rather silky smooth texture.
Matsu no Midori - This is a high quality Matcha commonly used in Japanese tea ceremonies (cha-no-yu). The name “Matsu no Midori” refers to the green colour of the pine tree. It is a classic, thin-style Matcha (Usucha), high in antioxidants and very popular with our customers. The tea is rich with an intense, green colour and sweet, aromatic aftertaste.
