Suiho uses 100% Yabukita, the most popular tea variety in Japan. Yabukita has a good balance of astringency, umami, and sweetness, and is appealing for its easy-to-drink, mild flavor.  

Grown in the rich natural environment of Yame and using expert techniques, Yabukita has a smooth mouthfeel and a clean aftertaste.
