Matcha Tennouzan is our most beloved Koicha (thick tea) matcha. Not only does it offer a rich umami flavour and a distinctive covered tea aroma, but it also features a delightful fragrance from the young tea leaves used (known as "mirume ka"). This matcha provides an exceptional tasting experience. We recommend it for tea ceremonies, as its quality surpasses even our Senjin no Mukashi grade for Koicha.
